Painting murals is something I have always wanted to do more and learn more about.
In 2012, I painted a mural in a conference room in Alexandria, VA for an Alaskan Native corporation called Bowhead. Pictured below. Painting that mural was such a joy, I would put on my headphones and sing as long as there weren’t any meetings going on, and some of the people working there told me they would sometimes walk by the conference room just to listen for a while.
I also have worked with Jesse Smith in Richmond, VA on a mural he painted for a bar called Switch.
